Responsibilities

Owns agency relationship aligned with marketing strategy:

Through clear understanding and building on the relationship you can help teams to scope projects the right way
Onboarding new agencies
Brand licensing, quarterly review of agencies based on KPIs. Aligns with close marketing functions to ensure agency content is consistent with marketing strategies
Is responsible for activating and thus engaging with our agencies, helps to unlock situations / projects that are stuck by relationship management
Responsible for quaterly business reviews and joint business plans
Helps to unlock situations/ projects that are stuck by your relationships management
You are expected to lead the way in continually thinking about ways to improve. You have to lead, manage and inspire internal & external parties
