Media Director

Responsibilities:
- Be the expert on all aspects of media for both kids and adult audiences, to make key media decisions across strategy, partnerships, allocation of budgets
- Lead the relationship with our media agency partners to maximise media value and operational excellence
- Support, collaborate and significantly influence our Heads of Marketing (Senior Directors and Directors) in their media investment decisions
- Support the regional marketing team and local markets in all major campaigns by providing input into media planning to deliver best in class media deployment
- Remain ahead of the media market developments (e.g. new technology, new legislation) and set long-term direction for media strategy
- Collaborate with Global Media Management on the development and direction of Audiences and Franchises media strategies
- Consolidate media insights to feed into strategic development
- Collaborate with Global Media Procurement to monitor and improve the delivery of media efficiencies and effectiveness
- Lead the Paid aspect of OESP (Owned, Earned, Shared, Paid), setting ways of working, scaling out T&L and enabling seamless planning of the ecosystem
- Lead the joined-up media planning between retail and brand activity
